Dr. Greg Wells is a scientist, human physiologist, and 5X bestselling author who has dedicated his career to understanding how the human body performs at its best – and translating that science into practical strategies for everyday life.
After breaking his neck at age 15 while training for Canada’s National Youth Swim Team, Dr. Wells underwent neurosurgery and extensive physiotherapy before returning to elite-level swimming. This experience ignited his lifelong passion for understanding human performance.
He went on to earn a Ph.D. in Human Physiology from the University of Toronto, completed post-doctoral fellowships at The Hospital for Sick Children and Toronto General Hospital, and served as a tenured professor at the University of Toronto.
