Lt Col (ret) Jason O. Harris is a combat-proven pilot, commanding officer, and the founder of No Fail Trust® – a transformative framework for building high-performance teams through a culture of deep commitment, accountability, and trust.

Over a distinguished 25+ year military career, Jason flew 430+ combat sorties as a C-130 pilot and Air Force Special Operations pilot, completing 11 combat deployments in Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Horn of Africa. He served as a Squadron Commander of a KC-46 air refueling tanker unit and as an instructor at the US Air Force Academy, where he taught Strategy and Innovation and mentored the next generation of military leaders.

Born and raised in Oakland, California, Jason is a proud 4th-generation military member. His path from the inner city to the Air Force Academy and beyond is a testament to the power of trust, mentorship, and unwavering determination. A current American Airlines Boeing 777 pilot based at JFK, he also appeared as a cast member on the History Channel’s Bermuda Triangle: Into Cursed Waters.
